There are some fairly simple rules in my box, adherence to which will ensure that you can safely be here without the risk of getting your ass beatenIgnorance of them does not absolve you of responsibility.1. All my drawings belong to me. Editing, altering, cropping, removing my signature, appropriating my work for yourself is punishable by a ban and being shamed by my entire swamp. Yes, I will not hesitate to show your nicknames in case of the event of a gross and brazen violation of this rule.Anything that is publiciy available on the internet is NOT in the public domain
them.2. You can repost my work ONLY with the indication of my authorship (my nickname/link to the social network from where you took the art).Exception: Pinterest. I am strongly against my works being uploaded there, because users take pictures from there and do what they want with them.If my works are uploaded there, they will be deleted through tech support.3. My works can be put on avatars and screensavers of phones / desktop.Exception: comission with original characters of customers.My works can be printed for personal use (NOT FOR SALE).Anything about commercial use is negotiated with me in personal messages4. No, you can't take my original characters and use them for roleplaying and such. No way at all. If I see - you will be shot, then banned and personally spat in the face stly draw.5. Comparing the author's characters and customers characters to anyone and anything is punishable first by a warning, then by a ban without talking. This is a total disrespect to the author of the character.6. I don't need criticism. In most cases, I see my mistakes myself, but either I am too lazy to correct them, or I do not have enough skills to do it. Believe me, I have someone to ask for advice and it's definitely not you. Warning, then ban.7. As for the artwork with my ships. No, I'm not interested in what you personally consider canon, that you don't see the chemistry between the characters or that you only see them as friends. I couldn't care less that in canon character A meets character B and can't be with character C for a reason.If you speak rudely about the ships and even more so about me in the comments, you will be banned instantly. The “unsubscribe” and “I'm not interested” button exists just for you.I try to treat all ships with tolerance, but if you push your “correct opinion” - I will take action.8. Comments along the lines of “uuuuh this is a AI, show a timelapse” are ignored. My style is peculiar enough to distinguish it from AI generation, and to prove to everyone the validity of the work, I'm getting tired.9. You can not breed shit in the comments. For insults to other members of the group will be issued a ban.In addition to the above, I can give bans for other things that I may not like, but mostly the reasons described in these 9 points. If you are not happy with the rules here, feel free to leave, I'm not stopping anyone. I want my socials to be a place where I feel comfortable posting drawings

ПРЕДОПЛАТА: 50% после обговора ТЗ. После получения готовой работы, но в плохом качестве и с вотермарками вы оплачиваете остальные 50% - и я выдаю вам полностью готовую работу.
Что в основном я рисую?

• Пейзажи (в процессе получения скилла для них)

• Сложные и детализированные персонажи (в процессе получения скилла для них)
• Реальных людей по фото. Имеется ввиду Ваш портрет, или что-либо подобное. Фото может быть как референс, но не более. Если один из Ваших референсов для персонажа является подобным, то я не гарантирую, что смогу повторить черты лица точь-в-точь с фотографии.
• NSFW контент, кишки, гуро.Доплата и цена, которая обговаривается отдельно с заказчиком:
• Полный или частичный редизайн уже имеющегося дизайна персонажа. + 500 р к основному прайсу.
• Дополнительный взрослый персонаж - +100%. Ребенок/персонаж маленького размера/ - +50%.
• В случае, если коммишн берётся для коммерческий целей - +200% к основному прайсу.
Правки в скетче бесплатны.
• На стадии лайна допустимы 3 правки.
• На стадии цвета допустимы только правки цвета.
• Правки в готовой работе:
Замена цвета - бесплатно . Замена/добавление большой детали 20-50% от суммы заказа. В готовой работе композиция, поза или дизайн персонажа не меняется.Дедлайн высчитывается исходя из сложности заказа и моей загруженности.
Дедлайн может устанавливать заказчик.
За срочный заказ с дедлайном меньше 7 дней - доплата 50% от суммы заказа.
За срочный заказ с дедлайном меньше 4 дней - доплата 100% от суммы заказа.
Важные уточнения!
• Если Ваш персонаж имеет только описание, то цена работы будет повышена на 500р. Мне проще работать с готовым референсом.
• Заказы выполняю в порядке очереди.
• Могу продлить дедлайн из-за личных обстоятельств/состояния здоровья, о чем предупреждаю заказчика в личной переписке.
• Оставляю за собой право отказаться от заказа и вернуть деньги заказчику, если заказ не получается и/или отнимает слишком много времени.
• Авторство всегда остаётся за мной.Что можно делать с коммишном?
✔ МОЖНО ставить на аватарки/заставки телефона/обои рабочего стола
✔ МОЖНО печатать/делать значки/акриловые фигурки/создавать с его помощью любой другой мерч (ТОЛЬКО для личного пользования).✘ НЕЛЬЗЯ как либо использовать арт в коммерческих целях без заключения со мной юридического договора
✘ НЕЛЬЗЯ как либо изменять арт (исключение - цветокоррекция с помощью фильтров и кадрирование, НО моя подпись должна быть видна)
✘ НЕЛЬЗЯ стирать мою вотермарку
